Baringo Shutdown: Devastation of the education sector in Baringo County

In a shocking revelation, the Ministry of Education announced that some 95 schools have been shut down due to insecurity. The schools are located around the terror-prone North Eastern region and the bandit-invested north-west that includes Turkana, West Pokot and Baringo County. 

NTV’s Enock Sikolia witnessed first-hand the ongoing devastation of the education sector in Baringo County where cattle raids and perennial tribal animosity rules the landscape.
